Developing Emotional Agility: Online Workshop – Tuesday 5 October 2021

We’ve all experienced times when we let our emotions take control of our actions and regretted it. And yet, emotions are an important and valuable part of our lives. In particular, they are signposts to our values.

Professor Susan David of Harvard Medical School defines Emotional Agility as “The ability to be with your emotions with curiosity, compassion and especially the courage to take values-connected steps.”

In this 60 minute online workshop I will share both how the brain creates emotion, and how to develop greater emotional agility.

During the workshop you will work on a current situation which is challenging for you, creating some strategies and actions to support you. We will follow the 4-Steps of Emotional Agility from Susan David’s framework.

There is pre-work for this workshop which you will receive once you have registered.
