Every change in life requires a change in everyday habits!
In this powerful 2-month change program you will learn the science and practice of building and sustaining everyday habits over time, whatever your goal. This is a practical program where you will bring and work on the goals and habits you want to create. We’ll teach you a toolbox of new techniques and a simple process, which you’ll be able to apply to any habit or new skill going forward, and you will receive coaching, encouragement and accountability from the leaders and the group. By the end of the program you will be well on the way to establishing your new habits and achieving your goals!
The program will take place via video/telephone conference every Tuesday over 9 weeks from 10am-11h30 CET starting Tuesday 16 May and ending Tuesday 4 July 2017.
The program is led by Ruth Kearns Wollmann and Dorinda Phillips who are specialists in coaching, learning and behavior change.
