Rest, recovery and stamina are key to consistent high performance. And yet, so many of us rush from one task to another without proper rest or effective recovery. Over time this leads to fatigue and frustration at not being able to give our best. Eventually it can lead to burn out.
In this 60-minute online workshop you will develop new strategies for building resilience. You will learn important principles for managing your energy. You will identify your biggest energy-drainers, and you will create an action plan to increase the energy you have for the most important things in your life.
