People Pursuing Purpose is a 12-week group coaching programme designed to give you a structure of support to maintain your motivation in the pursuit of your purpose and goals for 2023.
Why People Pursuing Purpose?
We need this because research shows that by February 80% of people admit to having abandoned the goals they put in place at the beginning of the year. A key reason for this is a lack of emotional commitment to the goal in the first place. A second is failing to have the support in place to persevere when the going gets tough.
People pursuing purpose will help you to overcome these challenges, by keeping you and your goals connected to your purpose, and by providing tools and encouragement on topics such as setting goals, developing habits, and cultivating mindsets to support you as you step out.
What does People Pursuing Purpose consist of?
1. Monthly workshops on Fridays from 12.15 to 13.45 CET via zoom (replays available)
*Kick-Off: Connecting to Purpose & Goals (24 February)
*Establishing Habits & Rituals (31 March)
*Minding your Mindset (28 April)
*Completion & Moving Forward (26 May)
In each 90-minute workshop you will work on your own goals and challenges and plan actions steps. You will receive pre-work in advance to help you get the most out of the sessions. Workshops are recorded for those who have to miss a session.
2. Weekly resources & tips shared in a closed Telegram group
In between the workshops I will share resources and tips and answer questions you have as you start putting your choices into practice. Well using the messaging application Telegram (similar to WhatsApp).
3. A supportive & committed community
Over the years I have led many workshops and I consistently receive feedback about the power of the positive group dynamic. I start all my groups by “Designing the alliance” which means we will co-create how we work together. Membership of the group is by application only to ensure that the participants are committed to growth, to supporting one another and to honouring confidentiality within the group.
Who is it for?
This programme is for professionals who are committed to pursuing their personal purpose this year, who are willing to do the inner work required to overcome obstacles to do so and open to giving and receiving support.
