During this 90 minute free conference call I will give you space to check-in with yourself on how the first 3 months of 2018 have gone in an honest, down-to-earth and self-compassionate way. Think of it as a Q1 review without the pressure!

I’ve designed the session to give you a chance to review all aspects of your life: your work/career/vocation, your personal development and your relationships in an safe, encouraging and non-judgemental environment. I will guide you through a reflection process, share my experience and give you space to explore. You will leave clear on what you want to celebrate, what you want to leave behind and what you want more of going forward.
