As an executive coach I focus not only on short term results and productivity, but also on supporting leaders to understand who they are as leaders - at their best and at their worst – so that they can build a strong foundation to grow and take their leadership to the next level.
Based on my belief that the best leaders are learners who continue to grow and adapt to new circumstances, I focus on creating self-awareness, learning mindset and learning tools to ensure growth and learning are integrated into everyday work situations from the first session.
